Cripple Prints ships 3D printed products throughout the United States. Many of our products are made on demand, so processing time may vary depending on the item, customization, and current print schedule. We work to package every order carefully and get it on its way as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs & Delivery

Shipping costs are shown at checkout or provided with your quote. Shipping charges may vary depending on the size and weight of the order. Delivery times after shipment are controlled by the shipping carrier and may vary. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not arrive as expected, please contact Cripple Prints as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Please keep the packaging and take photos of any shipping damage, as they may be needed to document the problem.
