Non-defective products may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery. Approved exchanges are subject to a $40 restocking fee. All shipping costs associated with an exchange are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact Cripple Prints before returning any item. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for exchange due to a change of mind. If a custom or personalized product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact Cripple Prints and we will review the issue.
